A treatment with stinging nettle is wonderful and mineral rich, especially when used with weak, brittle hair. And it can help to stop loosing hair.

I discovered it when I had a scalp problem and sheds. With this treatment I made good experiences. This hair rinse is very easy to produce.

You need:
Two hands full of fresh or dried stinging nettles
A teacup and a sieve
200ml heated apple vinegar pure or diluted with water

This is how it is done:
You pour 200ml warm apple vinegar over the two handful of stinging nettles (fresh or dried), let it soak for 10 minutes and then you pass it through a sieve. After washing your hair you massage the liquid into your hair. Do not rinse afterwards! If you do not like the smell, wash it out after exposure time or do the cure before washing with a conventional shampoo. Because the odour of the vinegar will hold for some time. I recommend to do this treatment only when you won`t have public appearances the following days. The stinging nettle strengthens the scalp and hair.

Good to know:
The stinging nettles contains organic acids and minerals such as potassium, calcium and iron. It also contains the vitamins A, B1, B5, B12, C, D and E. Your body needs these vitamins, among other things, to build and maintain the hair roots. Thus the nettle has healing effects.

This plant works particularly well with various problems that many people suffer today, namely greasy, weakened hair, or hair loss.

Thanks to its antiseptic and antioxidant properties, it is particularly useful for combating dandruffs. In addition, the stinging nettle functions as a moisturizer on the scalp and provides the hair with strength and makes it shine. When you use it regularly your hair extends in volume and the growth is stimulated.

Apple vinegar gives the hair moisture and shine in a very natural way. But you should like the taste of it. Otherwise, let it and replace it with hot water.

Would you like to do something good for your hair?
