Then you fill some water into a saucepan and put the glass bowl in it. Put it on the stove and heat the water slowly without bringing it to the boil. Once the coconut oil has melted, add the maple or agave syrup and stir well. The amount of syrup is up to your taste. Leave the chocolate in the warm water bath for 20-30 minutes. Every now and then you should stir it. Meanwhile, place the nuts in a flat glass bowl (e. g. gratin dish). After half an hour, pour the chocolate liquid into the glass bowl and let the mixture harden for a few hours in the refrigerator. After this time you can cut pieces with a knife and store the chocolate in a closed glass bowl or Tupperware container in the refrigerator.

Be careful: If you use regular breakfast chocolate powder, you should know that it contains sugar.

Always keep the chocolate in the refrigerator, as coconut oil is melting when kept in room temperature.

Tip: In winter time you can store the chocolate on the balcony instead of the fridge.

This chocolate tastes good all year round, not at Christmas time only!

There are so many goodies around Christmas!
