Then this recipe might be something for you.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The essential oils make your skin smell wonderful.<\/p>\n<p>You need:<br \/>\n75 ml high-quality base oil (e.g. almond, jojoba or apricot oil)<br \/>\n30 drops of essential oil of your choice (I love lavender, palmerosa or rose geranium oil)<\/p>\n<p>Add 30 drops of a fragrance or a mixture of 2-3 essential oils to the base oil. That is all.<\/p>\n<p>You can be creative with your mixture. Play with your favourite fragrances. It can&#8217;t go wrong.<\/p>\n<p>Good to know:<br \/>\nI find shower gels and foams unsuitable for my skin. They take the moisture out of my skin. This is why I began some time ago to use body oil while showering. After applying the oil I rinse it off briefly. Then I wrap myself in a bathrobe and dry slowly. That feels really good.<\/p>\n<p>Of course you can also use a purchased body oil.<\/p>\n<p>This way your skin is taken care and after showering it does not feel so oily anymore.
