I have rediscovered it for myself and today I always keep a bottle filled with this dressing in our fridge.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>It tastes good, is healthy and speeds up salad making on a busy day. Interested?<\/p>\n<p>You need:<br \/>\n1\/2 liter of water<br \/>\n1 teaspoon \u00a0of flour (lupine, spelled or white flour)<br \/>\n3 good pinches of salt<br \/>\n2 teaspoons of mustard<br \/>\n2 dl vinegar<br \/>\nOil of your choice<br \/>\n1 liter glass bottle<\/p>\n<p>First you boil the water, flour and salt and let it cool off. Then fill the cool liquid into the glass bottle and add the mustard and the vinegar. Finally, fill up the bottle with oil. I prefer a mixture of grape seed-, linseed-, pumpkin seed- and sesame seed oil. Before each use you need to shake the bottle \u00a0well. Add fresh herbs and\/or spices to the dressing as you like it.
