Suitable for raw vegetables, as bread spread or along with rice or potatoes.<!--more--> Very simple to make. A favourite in our family.<\/p>\n<p>You need:<br \/>\n100g pine nuts<br \/>\n1 tomato<br \/>\n2-4 dried tomato slices (soaked at least 1 hour in water)<br \/>\nchilli flakes<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\na bar mixer<\/p>\n<p>Optional: 1 tablespoon of Tahin (Sesame pur\u00e9e) or 1 tablespoon of almond pur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Put all the ingredients into a large cup and mix them with the bar mixer. The resulting cream in a glass with screw cap stored can stay fresh for about 3-5 days when kept in the refrigerator.<\/p>\n<p>Yummy!
