Magnesium Oil (Magnesium Spray)

I use this great spray at home and I take it anywhere I go. Before and after sporting activities I spray it on my joints, this helps to avoid pain. It is quick and easy to prepare.

You need:
250g magnesium chloride
500 ml of water
100 ml spray bottle (clean)
500 ml glass bottle or container

Mix the magnesium chloride with the water. The result is a brine, also called magnesium oil. I fill a small spray bottle (100ml) and keep the rest in a closed glass container in the refrigerator.

With this brine you spray the desired joint, the spot of your tensions or pain twice a day. Use 2-4 splashes and rub it with your hand. There are recommendations to wash the skin after about 20 minutes with a wet fine cloth. I never do this and still had no skin irritations. Observe yourself. If you notice redness of the skin, wash it off. You probably know well how sensitive your skin is.

Important to know:
The external application is very effective and efficient. To increase the therapeutic effect, it is suggested to ingest the magnesiumit. For this method I recommend you ask a doctor or pharmacist first.

Advantages of magnesium oil: It is inexpensive and locally applicabl.
Disadvantages: The use takes time, you might have an oily feeling on the skin and it can irritate the skin.

Magnesium has a decisive effect on our health, because it is one of 18 essential minerals. It is indispensable for a variety of procedures in our body. Our nervous system, our metabolism, our energy production, our muscles, our immune system and our bones need regular and sufficient supply of magnesium. According to certain sources, the magnesium chloride, when applied to the skin, is directly absorbed. It can unfold its effect locally and spread over the blood circulation throughout the body and into all cells. So it basically does not matter where you apply the magnesium oil. This thesis, however, is controversial. Personally I achieved  good results by spraying it on my joints and repeat the process frequently.

The name magnesiumoil comes therefor because it has an oily effect on the skin. I personally feel no oily.

Magnesium chloride is very well tolerated. However, if the doses are too high, it can cause diarrhea and have negative side effects on your digestion. If you have a medical problem, talk to your doctor before use.
